Researchers have exposed a vulnerability in Apple's Vision Pro, which uses eye tracking to identify when someone is typing. The GAZEploit attack, created by a team of researchers, can identify when someone is typing by analyzing the 3D avatar they are sharing. The researchers trained a recurrent neural network with recordings of 30 people's avatars while they completed typing tasks. The attack works by identifying patterns in the user's gaze while typing, which are more common during typing than other activities.
