Waymo self-driving cars have been honking at each other in a parking lot in San Francisco's South of Market neighborhood, disturbing residents' sleep. The cars, which are not occupied by humans, appear to be automatically reacting to each other's presence. The disturbances began several weeks ago when Waymo vehicles started using a parking lot off 2nd Street near Harrison Street, and peak around 4 am every night.
